Got out and fished the final section of the lower Rattlesnake today. Tried something new today and took a video while I was still on the water. Here goes…
It was an excellent day on the water. Here’s a few other pics from the outing, I managed a few more trout, including a nice 11″+ on my final cast.
Sucker on an egg to start the day.
Beautiful fall day. The hole pictured above proved to be productive.
Trout on a dry-fly in mid-November. Can’t beat that.
Well, maybe it can be beat! Somewhere between 14-16″, fat and healthy. Took a kebari fished just below the surface.
Another on the ishigaki.
And another! Took another in this size range, let that one escape the paparazzi.
Last cast of the day brought in this healthy trout.
An excellent day to be sure. Caught some nice fish. Finished my goal of fishing all of the lower stretch of the ‘Snake. Then stopped by the bike shop on the way home and had a beer while bsing with the crew.
